Donald J. Farr, D.D.S

Dr. Farr is committed to clinical excellence and extraordinary patient care. He opened his practice in 1993 to build a loyal following of patients by doing excellent dentistry with gentle, compassionate and personalized patient care. He strongly feels that his practice be “Old Fashioned” where he and his staff maintains a friendly relationship with the patients and not a clinic atmosphere that is cold and impersonal.

Dr. Farr was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from Clark High School in 1984 he continued his education and in 1989 he received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Farr then earned his dental degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

When he isn’t enhancing his practice, Dr. Farr loves spending time with his wife and daughters. Other leisure activities include biking, running, and tennis.

Dr. Farr enjoys building patient relationships and delivering results that will leave patients smiling. He also maintains professional memberships with the American Dental Association (ADA) , and the Southern Nevada Dental Society (SNDA) .

Shannon

(Office Manager)

Shannon is from the Granite state (New Hampshire), Where she studied dental assisting. She loves spending time with her family and the outdoors.

Brook

(Hygienist)

Brook grew up in Michigan, graduated from Ferris State University and worked as a dental hygienist for a few years before moving to Las Vegas.  She has been part of the practice since 2006.  She enjoys spending time with friends and family. going to the gym and being a mom to her son Tyler.

Blaike

(Hygienist)

Blaike was born and raised in Las Vegas and graduated from Bishop Gorman High School in 1993. She attended Loyola Marymount University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. She worked in the film industry for ten years before returning to school to be a Dental Hygienist. She graduated from the College of Southern Nevada in 2010 and has been in our practice since 2011. She enjoys quilting, movies, and spending time with her son.
